We are seeking an experienced Hotel Software Salesman with a minimum of 3 years of job experience in selling hotel software solutions in Dhanbad, Bokaro, Durgapur, Deoghar region. As a Salesman, your role will be to promote and sell our hotel software (PMS) & Hotel Business Development products (Like- Digital Marketing, Revenue Management, Website etc.) to potential clients in the region. You should have a proven track record in sales within the hotel software industry and possess in-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Oriya is required for effective communication with clients in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential customers in the Odisha region through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals.
  • Product Presentation: Conduct comprehensive and persuasive product presentations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our hotel software solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare detailed and customized proposals, including pricing, implementation timelines, and scope of services, to present to potential clients.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and pricing with customers, addressing any concerns or objections they may have, and successfully close sales deals.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and developments in the hotel software and hospitality industry to effectively position our products and differentiate them from competitors.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in selling hotel software solutions in Maharashtra.
  • Fluency in spoken Marathi, English & Hindi.
  • Proven track record in sales within the hotel software industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, including hotel operations and challenges faced by hoteliers.

  • Process customer payments securely and accurately, following the hotel's payment procedures.

Requirements:
